Doyle (pictured) has broad and deep funds industry experience spanning more than 18 years, specialising in fund administration, depositary and management company services.

“At FundRock we have a long heritage in fund governance developed over 80 years and have been involved in the Irish market servicing funds since 2012. As we look to expand our offering in Ireland it is important that we source local talent and expertise in order to enhance our clients experience and increase our Irish network. As Ronan has a wealth of management company experience, he understands the challenges facing the Irish Funds industry presented by CP86 and as a member of the Irish Funds Management Company Effectiveness working group, is able to provide detailed insight and assistance to our clients,” says Ross Thomson, managing director of FundRock Ireland.

Doyle previously worked for Capita Asset Services for four years where he was senior manager responsible for the Capita Ireland AIFM and UCITS Management Company operations, covering both Cayman and Irish structures. In this role, Ronan was approved by the Central Bank of Ireland as PCF 14 (Head of Risk) and PCF 39 (Designated Person for Monitoring Investment Policy, Investment Strategies and Performance; Supervision of Delegates; Accounting Policies and Procedures; Risk Management; Operational Risk Management and Reporting Process).

He also worked for JPMorgan Bank (Ireland) plc for 12 years and held numerous managerial roles including fund accounting operations manager for the BlackRock relationship, with over USD120 billion assets under administration. Ronan also held the role of trust and fiduciary client service manager, responsible for the management of some of JPMorgan’s flagship clients.

Doyle says: “FundRock is a leading European fund management company with a strong platform and high standards. I was attracted to FundRock by their unique investment in best in class risk management and compliance systems, dedication to client servicing, knowledgeable staff and robust processes in place to ensure clients and fund investors are serviced and protected.

“Fundrock’s partnership with innovative and award winning Fintech and Regtech system providers, enhancing an already well developed and robust platform, was also a huge draw.”
