Amid capital market turmoil, Non-Traded REITs are highly popular right now.

Over $9.1 billion* was raised by Non-Traded REITs in 2008, with over $2 billion of that raised in the fourth quarter alone.

In a recent survey**, 63% of Financial Advisors who regularly recommend Non-Traded REITs anticipate increasing their use of the product due to market volatility.
