Seminar - The establishment and administration of Offshore Mutual Funds in a regulated and transparent manner

Mon, 28/09/2009 - 15:30

28 September 2009 - Zurich

The reasoning behind the seminars is that following on from the disasters and chaos that occurred in the financial sector during 2008 to date, it is generally agreed that the fund industry should be very visible and necessary to re-assure all those involved in the fund industry of any concerns or confusion that may exist. It is essential to explain how to avoid mismanagement in the future and maintain transparency, especially post the G20 meeting. It is also important to demonstrate that offshore centres are not just about tax and trusts but in fact have extremely well managed and highly regulated structures in place.

For all of these reasons we are inviting about 150 preferential professionals to attend. It is by invitation only and there is no charge. It will commence at 15.30 for a maximum time of 2 hours followed by drinks and canapés. This should be of interest to all Asset Managers and anyone involved in Funds.
