To further the effort to assist directors of listed companies and to increase understanding of market expectations, The Channel Islands Stock Exchange is pleased to present a two-part seminar focusing on both corporate governance issues and market opportunities.
The ongoing compliance with the Listing Rules is at the heart of good corporate governance and the two-part seminar will commence with the CISX Continuing Obligations Workshop, which will include presentations on related issues such as the role of the Company Secretary and a UK perspective on enforcement risk. There will also be a guidance provided by the Association of Investment Companies on matters relating to Corporate Governance.
In part two of the seminar, the Market Update briefing will include expert speakers discussing topical issues such as Liquidity and Investment Fund Strategies in the current economic climate, followed by a detailed look at Market Trends and Opportunities.
