After five successful years in New York, the Investing in Distressed Debt forum is coming to London. The European Investing in Distressed Debt Forum will be held on 26-27 October at the Le Méridian Piccadilly, London.

The two day conference will bring together the most influential investors in these markets to give attendees an all important temperature check on the asset class. Topics to be discussed include predicting the coming wave of restructurings, challenges of operating in the current European restructuring environment and studying origination and turnaround strategies of some of the most successful investors in the business.

The European Investing in Distressed Debt Forum will help you to:

 Plan for the coming ‘wall of restructurings’. Benchmark against the likes of Better Capital, Oaktree and M Capital
 Understand the opportunities resulting from the sovereign debt crisis in Europe:
 Do credit ratings indicate corporate distress? Fitch and Moody’s talk about the changes they have made since the crisis
 Boost your origination strategies by hearing creative ideas about how to partner with banks to coax them out of their NPL portfolio positions in an action packed workshop
 Decide if distressed opportunities in real estate are for you after hearing a lively debate between the biggest funds in the market

Among others, the speaker panel includes representatives of Better Capital, Oaktree, M Capital, Lead Finance, Fitch Ratings, Moody's Investor Service, GLG Partners and Blackstone.
