This half-day workshop is designed to demonstrate to hedge fund managers exactly what the most important regulatory issues are, how to deal with the FSA, how to demonstrate compliance with the key issues and practical steps to reduce your risk exposure.

For this latest event, Northland Solutions is bringing together:

Peter Haines; who offers 20 years experience in regulation and compliance with experience as a regulator and senior compliance officer at a number of organisations including the LSE and the Securities and Futures Authority.

Rowan Bosworth-Davies; with 30 years of hands-on experience in the areas of Legal and Regulatory Compliance, former Fraud Squad detective at Scotland Yard, Author/Speaker in the field of Fraud and Market Abuse and currently advisor for the United Nations Security Council in Financial Crime.
