To further explore the potentials of enhancing and expanding capital and financial markets partnership between Turkey and the Arab region stock exchange and capital markets authorities, Al-Iktissad Wal- Aamal Group is organizing in cooperation with Borsa İstanbul and the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (SPK), the 2nd edition of the Turkish-Arab Capital Markets Forum, on the 20th of September, 2013 at the Four Seasons Bosphorus Hotel in Istanbul.

The first edition of this forum constituted a unique event that gathered a diversified group of participants and speakers from Turkey and the Arab world and shed light on the needs and benefits of strengthening and developing cooperation frameworks and partnership between the Turkish financial market and Arab capital markets.

The 2nd edition of the Turkish-Arab Capital Markets Forum (TAFCM 2013), will put additional emphasis on the role of capital markets activities and instruments as a “Platform for Cooperation and Integration” between Turkey and the Arab markets, and shall discuss pivotal issues and major key topics related to the prospects of stirring the Turkish-Arab relationships into a higher level of cooperation, being a major step on the road to economic and financial integration between Turkey and the Arab world. The participants will include senior government officials, capital market regulators, stock exchange authorities, investment leaders and private equity firms, along with a broad spectrum of high level attendance from the financial sector.
