Our presentation will focus on issues and opportunities in China for wealth managers both from within China and from offshore. We will discuss the legal and regulatory issues asset managers must consider involving product development, marketing and services in China. Joining our Dechert speakers will be a representative from the Industrial Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), a leading custodian in China, who will provide insights on the practical aspects of the Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (“QFII”) and Qualified Domestic Institutional Investor (“QDII”) regimes.
