Ian HendersonManaging DirectorJoined 2008Ian has been involved in the finance industry for over 30 years; he holds a BSc degree and is an Associate of the Institute of Financial Services. Ian started his career in the City of London, before moving to Jersey in 1995. He joined EFG Offshore in 2008 as Managing Director of EFG Securities Services. Ian has a wide range of experience across financial services businesses; in his current role he is actively involved with clients across a wide range of asset classes, and he sits on the boards of a number of funds, as well as the boards of a number of EFG companies. Prior to joining EFG, Ian was an Executive Director of the largest Custodian in Jersey, which was a major provider of global custody, banking, fund administration and corporate trust services across the jurisdictions of Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. That business was acquired in 2007 by a European based, global securities services business, from a large UK financial institution. At the time of acquisition Ian held the position of Deputy CEO of the Securities Services group and was head of the licensed Bank with day-to-day executive responsibility for its activities, which were the core business in the group. Prior to this, Ian was practice manager for a firm of lawyers in Jersey with a sizeable trust company subsidiary, and before that he spent 17 years with two well known global financial institutions, based in the City of London.

Neil GinnisClient DirectorJoined 2008As a Client Director, Neil has lead responsibility for a number of private equity and other fund clients in the UK and Europe. He also holds responsibility for EFG Securities Services’ fund administration IT platform, investor web portals and marketing communications. Neil has been a resident of Jersey for over a decade. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having trained with a ‘Big Four’ accountancy practice. His experience spans a number of areas of the finance industry, having been closely involved with fiduciary businesses, collective investment funds and private client structures.
Neil joined EFG Securities Services as Client Director in May 2008, having previously led the client accounting function for EFG Offshore's Private Clients business. Neil sits on the boards of a number of client entities and funds.
Neil is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

Nigel GreenwoodClient DirectorJoined 2007Nigel is a Client Director for EFG Securities Services and EFG Fund Administration Limited providing fund, custody and stock exchange listing services to a wide range of EFG clients. Nigel sits on the boards of a number of EFG administered entities. Nigel has worked within the financial services industry in Jersey and the UK for 23 years. Prior to joining EFG in 2007, Nigel worked for 10 years in the UK in the funds arena managing administration and accounting teams for a wide variety of fund structures. Prior to this, Nigel worked in Jersey on a wide variety of fund and trust structures in an accounting and administration capacity.
Nigel is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and a member of the Securities Institute. |
