ICE Endex is now a fully owned subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), following ICE’s acquisition of the remaining 20 per cent stake of ICE Endex shares from NV Nederlandse Gasunie. PEGAS, the pan-European gas trading platform operated by Powernext, registered a total volume of 167.7 TWh in June 2017, including 108.1 TWh traded on its futures segment. The overall volume increase of 34 per cent was supported by new high marks on the CEGH VTP and ZTP delivery areas. Spot trading volumes in June reached 59.6 TWh , which represents an increase of 48 per cent compared to the previous year (40.2 TWh).
