Peter Hughes, group managing director, Apex Fund Services, says: “Attracting high calibre people such as Elliott demonstrates the growing recognition of Apex’s potential around the world. Elliott’s addition to the senior management team ensures that Apex now has the right resources in place ahead of its next phase of aggressive growth.”
