OTAS Technologies has hired Nick Lieder as head of its US operations.
He will bring more than 15 years’ experience with him, helping to grow the OTAS proposition in the US market as businesses try to streamline their trading operations. Lieder will be based in OTAS Technologies’ New York office.
Lieder will work closely with OTAS Technologies head of sales and marketing Charlotte Wall. From 2008 to 2014, Lieder was vice president, sales at Markit, where he was responsible for all phases of the sales process. Previously, he was regional sales manager at StarMine, responsible for initialising and maintaining relationships with PMs, CIOS and CFOs in New York.
The London team is also expanding with the hires of Sejal Amin as head of account management and Amar Morjaria as new business sales executive. Prior to OTAS, Amin was director of equity sales at Markit and Morjaria spent seven years as a new business and relationship manager at Bloomberg.
