Alternative investment software provider Paladyne Systems has appointed Steve Vogel as chief financial officer and general counsel overseeing finance and administration, legal matters, corporate and project finance, accounting, treasury and human resources.
Vogel, who has more than 20 years of industry experience at start-up to mid-sized companies in the software and hi-tech industries in the US, Canada, Europe, Japan, India, and Singapore, will be based at Paladyne’s new operations centre in Fort Lee, New Jersey.

Before joining Paladyne Vogel founded Sanguinity, a consulting firm specialising in the restructuring of US public and private entities. He has held chief financial officer and general counsel positions at Chordiant Software, Tessera, iLogistix, and Microbank Software.

It offers a fully-hosted technology platform, the Paladyne Suite, capable of supporting the front- to back-office requirements of the most sophisticated hedge funds. The Paladyne Suite is an integrated set of applications including order management, portfolio management, portfolio accounting, global security master, analytics toolset, portfolio pricing, custom reporting and customer relationship management.
