Marcal Systems Corporation has been rebranded as Great Lakes Fund Solutions following the acquisition of the company by Mark Lancaster (pictured), the firm’s new President.
Marc Veeneman, the co-founder and former President of the Company, continues to serve as a consultant to the firm. Lancaster, says: “The Company’s selling agent support and sales material fulfilment functions are unique among alternative fund administrators.
