Gottex shareholders approve all proposals at AGM

At the annual general meeting of Gottex Fund Management, the shareholders approved all the proposals put forward by the board of directors.

 
The proposals are:
 
The approval and adoption of the consolidated financial statements of the company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 December 2012 with the reports of the directors and the auditors. 
 
The re-appointment of Ernst & Young as auditor of the company to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.
 
Joachim Gottschalk and David Staples were re-elected as directors for a three year term of office. Dr Kevin Maloney and Dr William Landes were elected as directors for a three year term of office. The company’s board of directors now consists of Douglas Brown, Michael Garrett, Joachim Gottschalk, Max Gottschalk, Landes, Maloney, Bruno Pfister and Staples
 
The annual resolution to authorise the directors to issue shares in the company under Article 4 (General Reserve of Shares) up to a maximum of 4,272,582 shares and under Article 5 (Employee Share Ownership Plan) up to a maximum of 2,724,800 shares.
 
The renewal of the buyback programme approved at the extraordinary general meeting of the company held on 8 August 2012.
