Joseph Dryer named MD of RiverRock Securities

RiverRock European Capital Partners has appointed Joseph Dryer as managing director of RiverRock Securities.

 
He will responsible for building and heading up RiverRock’s capital markets and advisory team and will shortly be joining the board of directors.
 
Dryer (pictured) was previously founder and chief executive of Heritage Capital, the specialist merchant banking business of Banque Heritage, Geneva from which he led a management buy-out in 2011. Prior to Heritage Capital and over the past 30 years Dryer has held a number of senior investment banking positions, starting at Hambros Bank before moving to Paribas Capital Markets and most recently at Dresdner Kleinwort where he was global co-head of corporate finance and advisory and a member of the bank’s executive committee.
 
“I am excited to be joining RiverRock at a key stage of the firm’s development and I look forward to not only working closely with the Partners but also the opportunity of working again with Michel Péretié,” says Dryer.
