ICG’s Kent-Kershaw to speak at Debt Forum event in London

Intermediate Capital Group's (ICG) Dagmar Kent-Kershaw has joined the list of confirmed speakers at the Debt Forum event in London on 13 November.

Kent-Kershaw joined ICG in 2008 and is Head of Credit Fund Management. She joined ICG from Prudential M&G where she worked for the previous seven years as Head of Structured Products, having originally founded that business. She was previously responsible for Prudential M&G’s debt private placement business.

Kent-Kershaw has extensive experience of the sub-investment grade credit and structured finance markets and has over 20 years experience in fixed income markets, also at Scotiabank and Natwest. SHe has a degree in economics from York University.

Sponsored by BNP Paribas, this inaugural event for Europe's CLO and Direct Lending Sector will feature extensive coverage on how the European CLO landscape is changing, assessing the issuance pipeline in 2013, outlook for issuance in 2014, structural and legal considerations, ratings methodology for CLOs, and, critically, CLO performance: how have they performed on a relative basis compared to other asset classes? In addition to developments in the CLO market the event will explore why Direct Lending funds are becoming an attractive long-term investment opportunity for institutions as they seek to deal with asset/liability matching in their portfolios.
