FNEX names Chris Nelson chief technology officer

Alternative investment and private securities marketplace FNEX has appointed Chris Nelson as the company’s chief technology officer.  

In this role he will oversee overall company operations, systems and platform development.
 
Nelson brings over 18 years of experience in technology. He joins FNEX from Delivra where he was director of operations, growing the company’s top line more than five times without incurring any debt, and spent many years in the role of director of information technology.
 
Prior to Delivra, Nelson held multiple roles at T2 Systems, Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance and served as Airborne Communications Operator for the United States Navy.
 
Nelson served as a board member on the CIO Advisory Council for NPower Indiana, currently serves on the board of the Techpoint Foundation for Youth and serves on the Industrial Advisory Board for the Technical Communications Program for the IUPUI School of Engineering and Technology.
 
FNEX has also made two hires within its sales division: Eric Wilkinson and Marcus Relthford, both vice presidents of business development.
 
Wilkinson will manage business development efforts based out of Chicago and working across various states in the Northwest and Upper Midwest. Relthford will manage business development efforts based out of Cincinnati and working across the Lower and South Midwest.
