Eddington Capital Management Limited has appointed Polar Capital Partners’ executive chairman Charles Hale as a non-executive director.


Prior to joining Polar in 2002 Hale was managing director and vice chairman of CSFB Europe Limited, having been Chairman of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette International, the London based subsidiary of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Inc, until its acquisition by CSFB in November 2000. Prior to 1984 Hale, a graduate of Stanford University and Harvard Business School, was a general partner of Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb and Managing Director of AG Becker International.
