Joslin moves to Ampere Capital after six years at Peq

Ampere Capital management has appointed Richard Joslin as chief financial officer with effect from March 2005.


Joslin moves to Ampere Capital after six years at Pequot Capital Management, most recently as chief accounting officer and principal, where he managed the fund, corporate and tax accounting departments. Previously, he was a partner at Goldstein Golub Kessler & Co where he was a member of the financial services group dedicated to hedge funds, broker dealers and investment advisors.


“Richard’s appointment comes at an important stage in our firm’s development, ‘ says Ampere managing partner, Wayne C Wilkey. “We continue to scale our fund accounting and financial administration systems to serve the needs of our growing organization, and we are very pleased to add such a talented individual whose experience and capabilities closely match our needs. Richard will be a valuable addition to the Ampere team.”


Joslin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and received his BA in Economics and Accounting from Claremont McKenna College in 1983.
