The Altedge Diversified Fund SPC has been awarded an ‘AA’ rating by Allenbridge Hedgeinfo.

The AA rating is the 2nd highest of 10 on the Allenbridge Hedgeinfo Rating Scale.

‘We were impressed with the experience and knowledge of the team,’ says Odi Lahav, Director of Allenbridge Hedgeinfo. ‘Their approach has a heavy focus on risk management and it shows when you look at their volatility, which is quite low relative to other unleveraged funds of hedge funds. The fund has shown steady growth in assets under management over the past two and a half years or so, and I wouldn’t be surprised if their growth accelerates once they hit a three year track record and get onto more of institutional investors’ radars.’

In their rating report, Allenbridge Hedgeinfo further highlights Altedge’s structured investment decision making process, the quality of qualitative and quantitative research and the focus on risk management as a key element of the investment process. The quantitative analysis of the fund confirms that it offers good return characteristics for the risk-averse investors and, on a risk-adjusted basis, the fund ranks highly within its peer group.

‘I am gratified that Allenbridge Hedgeinfo, the most active rating agency in the Fund of Funds space, has decided to award an initial AA rating to our flagship fund of funds, the Altedge Diversified Fund Balanced Portfolio,’ says Chris Goekjian,CEO of Altedge Capital (UK) Ltd. ‘I feel that Allenbridge’s in depth rating methodology and research confirms the strength of our investment and risk management processes which ultimately lead to a superior risk return profile for our investors.’
