Rockwater Hedge, LLC, an investment management firm that offers sophisticated municipal bond investing strategies to institutional and high net worth investors, has hired John E Hapke as Chief Financial Officer.

Hapke is responsible for all financial aspects of the firm and reports to Bryan R Williams, Founder and Managing Principal of Rockwater Hedge.

‘John is a key addition to our firm as we continue to build our infrastructure in anticipation of further growth,’ said Williams. ‘His broad-based knowledge of, and hands on experience, in tax advantaged investments will be highly beneficial to us and our clients.’

Hapke brings more than 25 years of financial experience to Rockwater Hedge.   Having served as a Managing Director of myCFO, Inc, a wealth management firm providing family office, investment advisory and specialty services to ultra affluent families. 

Prior to myCFO, Hapke provided executive benefit consulting services to Fortune 1000 companies and was an audit partner for Deloitte & Touche, serving a wide range of both public and private companies. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with highest honors.
