The managing members, T Kael Coleman and Shawn T Bromley, are opening this fund after spending more than six years at Susquehanna International Group as traders in their Equities Department.
The minimum investment in the fund is USD 250,000, while The Prime Broker is Goldman Sachs, legal counsel is Sadis & Goldberg, auditor is Acquavella, Chiarelli, Shuster, & Berkower, and the administrator is Halpern & Associates. The proposed Fee structure is 1.5/20.
