Customer Effective, an implementer of Microsoft Dynamics customer relationship management software, has launched Capital Effective, a front-office relationship management solution designed exclusively for the financial services customers including hedge fund managers and private equity firms as well as institutions active in commercial banking, investment banking and wealth management.

According to the firm, Capital Effective clients can use the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform to address the specific requirements of their business models. Powered by Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and Office, Capital Effective will enable financial services customers to address marketing, sales and customer service performance.

To support this strategic direction, Customer Effective has opened a north-eastern regional headquarters near the hub of the financial district in Manhattan at 33 West 19th Street, 4th Floor in New York.

Based in Greenville, South Carolina, Customer Effective is a provider of in-house customer interaction solutions based on the Microsoft CRM platform. Customer Effective is an independent software vendor and solution implementer serving mid-market and enterprise organisations worldwide and has been involved in more than 200 Microsoft CRM implementation and development projects.
