Joseph Saliba is a partner at MamoTCV Advocates and forms part of and co-heads the Financial Services Department together with Danièle Cop.  His areas of specialisation are financial services legislation and regulation, securities law and corporate law. He is actively involved in the structuring of, and the provision of on-going transactional advice and legal assitance to, investment funds (retail and non-retail), investment firms and financial institutions (including payment institutions).  He has also been engaged to and/or contributed to the drafting of some financial services related legislation and has also participated in various consultations to proposed new regulatory instruments. 



Education

Joseph holds a degree in Law (LL.D.) and a post-grad degree in Financial Services (M.A. Fin. Serv.) from the University of Malta.
