Paul joined Abacus in 2007, prior to which he held a number of management positions with international banks, overseeing the banking, custodial, trust and fund services operations.
Paul has over 25 years financial services experience and holds various board positions on fund and holding company structures; from high value private fund structures holding trading, property and private equity type assets, through to fully retail daily dealing UCITS type funds which provide access to high volume and highly liquid trading programs across a diverse range of financial investment strategies.
Paul offers considerable expertise in the establishment and development of offshore and onshore investment company structures, and has significant expertise in the various structuring options available to prospective clients seeking to discern the most suitable approach for their individual requirements.
