Senior Vice President & Managing Director, SEI’s Investment Manager Services Division at SEI

Philip Masterson serves as the Senior Vice President in SEI’s Investment Manager Services division responsible for the division’s international strategy, business development, client service and delivery.
 
Philip formerly served as President of the Advisors' Inner Circle Funds, SEI's $30 billion turnkey mutual fund platform.  As President of the AIC funds, Philip led all aspects of the funds’ day-day operational, legal and compliance activities as well as product development matters for the trust.  Philip also designed, established and led a distribution team focused on growing the AIC funds through various intermediary channels.
 
Philip joined SEI from Citco Mutual Fund Services, where he served as General Counsel. Prior to Citco, he served as Vice President and Senior Counsel at OppenheimerFunds. Philip received his Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law, cum laude.  He received his master’s degree in securities and financial regulation from Georgetown University with distinction. He frequently speaks at industry conferences and has published articles in the International Investor, Institutional Investor, Review of Securities and Commodities Regulation, Global Assets, Investment Lawyer and Morgan Lewis Hedge Fund Desktop Book, The Journal of Index Investing, Institutional Investor’s Guide to Exchange Traded Funds and Indexing Innovations.
