Sachin Kachhla joins Indus Valley Partners as MD

Indus Valley Partners (IVP), a provider of alternative asset management solutions, has appointed Sachin Kachhla as its Managing Director for Sales and Client Relations. 

Kachhla has over 10 years’ experience advising hedge funds and asset management firms and selling them technology solutions to meet their strategic requirements.
 
Prior to joining Indus Valley Partners, Mr. Kachhla established and grew the North American business of Tradar, a leading portfolio management system provider, from under five clients to over fifty. He was then instrumental in selling the company to Eze Castle Software. At Eze, Kachhla was part of the executive sales team and continued the growth of Tradar in the Americas to over one hundred clients.
 
“IVP is enjoying a time of tremendous growth, with a 45% jump in subscription revenue year-on –year. We have become an established franchise with over 100 fund manager clients representing a sizeable chunk of global hedge fund AUM. To continue our growth it was a natural choice to bring on Sachin, with his proven expertise and sales experience in our space,” says Gurvinder Singh, CEO and co-founder of Indus Valley Partners. “Sachin is a talented relationship manager and business development executive who understands the needs of our client base. With his deep knowledge of the alternative asset management industry, Sachin will be key in our efforts to further develop relationships and expand IVP into adjacent markets and new geographies,” noted Singh.
 
A native of the United Kingdom, Kachhla studied at The University of Texas, McCombs School of Business and has lived in the New York City area since 2006.
