Algorithmic trading company, Vanguard Capital AG, has appointed Imran Lakha to its Senior Management team.
With his past experience working with some of the largest tier 1 investment banks, including his last role as portfolio manager working with global alternative asset managers, BlueCrest Capital Management, Lakha will be working in an advisory capacity to help drive business growth.
Effective immediately, Lakha’s expertise in investment appraisal and risk management will allow him to review trading across asset classes, whilst benefiting investors with his superior macro knowledge and insight.
With the goal of becoming the market leader in quantitative investment strategies, Vanguard Capital AG maintains a core focus on creating high yielding algorithms that disrupt and set the new standard for others to follow, utilising next generation machine learning and artificial intelligence as well as strong risk management and diversification.

Specialising in Corporate Strategy Management, Sherif has experience in both the buy and sell side since commencing his career on the London International Futures and Options Exchange (LIFFE) in 1999.
An award-winning entrepreneur and a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments, Sherif has worked with some of the biggest investment banks and traded alongside highly revered portfolio managers.
