Axiom Alternative Investments appoints Portfolio Manager for new Long Short Credit fund
French asset manager Axiom Alternative Investments has appointed Gilles Frisch as Senior Portfolio Manager for its new UCITS format, long-short credit fund.
Frisch brings over 26 years’ experience in the investment management industry, having most recently held the role of Head of High Yield at Swiss Life Asset Management since 2010. He began his career in 1993 as a quantitative analyst at both Société Générale and Paribas Capital Markets before joining Transoptions Finance as an exotic options trader. In 1996, Gilles joined Dexia Asset Management, where he held the position of Alternative Portfolio Manager prior to his appointment as Senior Manager in Corporate Credit in 2000 and Chief Investment Officer in 2003.
Frisch is a graduate from the École Polytechnique and ENSAE. He is also a CFA charterholder.
