ACA Compliance Group adds to Leadership Team

ACA Compliance Group (ACA) has appointed Carrie Yonenson as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Dave Metzger as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).Carrie Yoneson joins ACA with over 14 years of experience in human resources and employment law. In the newly established CHRO position, Carrie will be an integral part of the leadership team at the firm. In her role, she will oversee all aspects of ACA’s human resources and people strategy, including talent management, leadership development, compensation and benefits, and reward and recognition.

Yoneson joins ACA from Atos IT Solutions and Services. At Atos she served as the Human Resources Chief Operating Officer for North America and held other positions including the Head of Employee Relations and Employment Counsel and Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Carrie graduated from University of Maryland College Park and received her JD from New York Law School.

Metzger joins ACA with over 30 years of financial management experience. He will serve as ACA’s CFO and will oversee ACA’s global finance team. He has a successful track record of working with PE-backed and publicly traded firms. He has previously held CFO positions at Cresa, a commercial real estate firm, Frontpoint, a consumer technology company, Capital Vision Services, and RE/MAX LLC. Dave is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and received his Juris Doctor (JD) at University of Baltimore’s School of Law.
