Centaur Fund Services has appointed Louise Lawlor as Group Chief Financial Officer. Based in Centaur’s Dublin headquarters, Lawlor will lead Centaur’s global financial operations, finance teams and activities.Prior to joining Centaur, Lawlor worked at Key Capital, one of Ireland’s leading wealth, investment and corporate advisory firms, where she advised financial services businesses on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and other strategic initiatives. Lawlor trained as an accountant in PwC’s asset management practice where she worked with a diverse range of private equity, hedge fund and mutual fund clients across the Dublin and New York offices. Louise also spent two years in PwC’s corporate finance team.
