Fund administrator Opus has upgraded its proprietary client dashboard with the release of Symphony 3.0. The platform includes a sleek, intuitive design, aiding better navigation and utilisation.New functionality includes requesting wires, on-boarding investors, approving NAVs, remediating breaks, with real-time analytical tools to help clients manage their business. The easy to use checklist on the landing page shows clients what is needed to ensure reporting to investors is delivered both accurately and on time, every time.

Robin Bedford, Opus CEO, says: “Opus places a comprehensive suite of tools directly onto any client device, to use anywhere they choose to sit, with no incremental fees charged. Opus has always scaled carefully and in a controlled way by using technology and process. Now we help our clients to do the same.”

“The new Launch Pad, introduced in Symphony 3.0, revolutionises and centralizes the way services are delivered to our clients and their investors. Clients now have access to all services and pending tasks through a single, intuitive, cyber-secure dashboard,” adds Mike Canni, Opus COO.

Symphony 3.0 is the latest proprietary software solution released by Opus, which has a history spanning over a decade of building innovative technology solutions specifically tailored for its alternative fund manager client base. In 2018 Opus released “JET” which is an automated NAV calculation platform offering straight through processing, and in 2019, “Conductor”, a work allocation tool, which uses smart automation to optimally categorise and prioritise tasks across its global workforce.
