CARL has bolstered its list of quantitative strategies previously only available to institutions and the uber-wealthy, with the addition of Victory Peak from Alphatative which is managed by David Bush.
This is the first time this sophisticated quant strategy has been made available to all investors for less than the traditional USD1 million buy-in. Investors can join Victory Peak for as low as USD20,000 through the CARL mobile app, which is available in the Apple App store with an Android version coming soon.

Victory Peak went live on CARL on 16 February, alongside CARL’s previous other investments K2, Olympus and Kilimanjaro. CARL is aiming to add a new quant strategy roughly every month during 2021.

This strategy seeks to determine the current behavioural regime and apply capital only when the corresponding probabilities show a positive mathematical expectation on a portfolio level.
