Kleinberg Kaplan recognised as leading hedge fund law firm in Chambers USA 2021

Boutique law firm Kleinberg Kaplan has been recognised by Chambers USA 2021 as a leading firmin the “Hedge Funds (USA – Nationwide)” category, with three Kleinberg Kaplan partners being individually highlighted.

Debuting on the list is partner Jason Grunfeld, who also heads the firm’s business development. He was named a leading lawyer in the Hedge Funds category and was joined by Jamie Nash, co-leader of the firm’s hedge fund practice, who continues his streak of being recognised in Chambers.

Chris Davis, chair of Kleinberg Kaplan’s Investor Activism and Mergers & Acquisitions practices, was again ranked in the “Corporate/M&A: Shareholder Activism – New York” category.

As part of the editorial process, Chambers spoke with key clients who described the Kleinberg Kaplan team as “brilliant.” “If I have an unsolvable problem, they will be able to help me,” said a source. “I always go to them.”
