Praesidium Investment Management hires former Citigroup VP

Praesidium Investment Management has hired Amy Lockridge as part of its Business Development and Investor Relations teams, effective 19 July. 

Lockridge will help lead the business development and investor relations efforts for the firm, which focuses on concentrated equity investments in small and mid-cap companies with an owner oriented, private equity approach to public market investing. She reports to Dan McHale on Praesidium’s business development team, who joined in January 2021 from Morgan Stanley.
 
Previously, Lockridge was a Vice President at Citigroup on its Capital Introduction team where she facilitated interaction between hedge funds and institutional investors and assisted the prime brokerage sales team with the origination of new hedge fund launches. Before Citigroup, Lockridge also held positions with Cowen as a Capital Introduction Associate and Deutsche Bank as a Sales Associate. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
