Derivatives specialist Masselin, who spent more than 14 years at JPMorgan, is the latest recruit to the the $2.5 billion hedge fund since ex-Goldman Sachs partner Alain Marcus was brought in earlier in January to lead Eisler’s trader recruitment programme.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Masselin joined JPMorgan as an interest rate derivatives trader in 2008 and served in the position for six years, before being promoted to an equity derivatives trader.
