Ether has seen a dramatic rise in sentiment among investors according to the latest digital asset fund manager survey report from CoinShares, with a record 60% of survey respondents now believing it has the most compelling growth outlook of all cryptocurrencies.
Ether has seen a dramatic rise in sentiment among investors according to the latest digital asset fund manager survey report from CoinShares, with a record 60% of survey respondents now believing it has the most compelling growth outlook of all cryptocurrencies.
That increase in sentiment, from 40% in October, has yet to translate into fund flows though, with ether having seen outflows of some $401 million during 2022.
The survey also reveals that digital assets weighting in portfolios has risen to represent 1.1% of portfolios, up from just 0.7% at the time of the last survey in October 20222. Hedge fund managers and wealth managers have increased their positions while institutional investors have reduced theirs to 0%.
