FFP, an offshore fiduciary and restructuring practice, has launched a new fund administration business in the Cayman Islands providing a broad range of fund-focused services to hedge funds, private equity firms, venture capital funds and family offices.
FFP, which has offices in the Cayman Island and BVI, says the new business line complements its existing full-service offering of fiduciary, trusts, insolvency and restructuring, investment management, economic substance and corporate services.
The fund admin business will provide clients with fund setup, licensing and registration, NAV calculation and management accounting, registrar and transfer agency services, regulatory compliance, bank accounts maintenance, payment processing, financial statement preparation and audit support services.
