CV5 Capital, a Cayman Islands-based platform for institutional digital asset funds, has partnered with blockchain infrastructure provider Enzyme to deliver tokenised fund solutions for professional and institutional investors.
The collaboration will use Enzyme’s Onyx technology stack to issue, administer, and manage tokenised investment products across cryptocurrencies, securities, commodities, and real-world assets such as US Treasuries.
The partnership aims to bridge traditional regulated fund structures with blockchain-based efficiency. CV5 Capital’s regulated Cayman fund framework will integrate with Enzyme’s decentralised asset management platform, enabling fund managers to launch tokenised hedge funds, digital asset portfolios, and treasury vehicles that operate seamlessly in both traditional and on-chain environments.
Funds launched under the CV5 Digital SPC umbrella will leverage Enzyme Onyx for vehicle administration, performance reporting, and real-time asset transparency, while remaining fully compliant under the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority regime. The platform allows managers to tokenise fund share classes, automate NAV updates, and provide investors with real-time on-chain visibility of fund holdings.
Initial offerings under the partnership will include market-neutral digital asset funds, bitcoin treasury vehicles, and tokenised credit strategies. The initiative reflects growing interest from institutional investors and hedge funds in regulated tokenised investment structures that combine on-chain efficiency with traditional governance and custody standards.
