Cyril Brudy, a Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager at hedge fund Dymon Asia, is moving to the firm’s Dubai office from Singapore, as the firm looks to bolster its operation in the emirate, according to a report by Financial News.
The report cites unnamed sources familiar with the matter as revealing that Brudy is set to take up the role of Senior Executive Officer at the firm’s office in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
Brudy joined Dymon Asia in 2015 from Bluecrest Capital, where he served as a Portfolio Manger. Prior to that he spent nearly four years as a Director at Deutsche Bank in Singapore where he managed a proprietary trading desk.
