Qomply, a leading provider of financial markets regulatory technology solutions for hedge funds, banks, and trading venues, has appointed Dan Fletcher to the position of Transaction Reporting Manager.
Fletcher brings a wealth of experience in financial regulation and compliance, having served as a Senior Associate in the Credit Rating Agencies Supervision team, Capital Markets department in the Infrastructure & Exchanges Division at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). In this role, he was instrumental in overseeing compliance standards and ensuring the integrity of credit rating processes.
Before joining the FCA, Fletcher built his legal expertise as a Paralegal at several prominent firms, including Deloitte, Stewarts, Allen & Overy, and Freshfields. His focus was on litigation, professional negligence, and regulatory matters, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the legal and compliance landscape.
