Fulcrum Asset Management announces Richard Banh has joined the firm as General Counsel. He will report to Joe Davidson, Managing Partner. Banh joins from Fidante Partners Europe, part of the ASX-listed Challenger Limited group which formed a strategic partnership with Fulcrum in October 2025.
Banh was Head of Legal and Compliance & COO of Fidante’s UK office for the past 11 years, where he led the development of the UK and EU international arms of the firm’s multi-affiliate business.
Prior to this he was Head of Legal and Compliance for Ellerston Capital Limited in Australia. Previous roles include Simmons & Simmons in the UK and Minter Ellison in Australia.
