Heidrick & Struggles, a provider of executive search and talent services, has appointed Daniel Aghdami as a Partner. Based in Zurich, he will manage the company’s practice for European financial clients, including hedge fund and family offices.
In addition, Aghdami will advise management teams and boards of leading firms in investment management, fintech, and banking segments globally.
Aghdami’s past experience includes founding and growing two companies serving European and global clients’ leadership needs. He previously led DART, an executive search boutique in Zurich, Barcelona, and London, as CEO and Managing Partner, and also served as CEO and Chairman of Board Owl, a digital board matching and education platform.
Previously, Aghdami worked for HP, UBS, Goldman Sachs, and Leonteq, and also built and managed the financial services practices for the executive and interim search firm Swisslinx (now part of Circle8) serving clients across Switzerland and the Middle East.
