1. In no more than 50 words, please describe your core service offering and how it uniquely addresses the current needs of European hedge fund managers.
Eclipse is a modern, born-in-the-cloud investment management platform for managers that brings portfolio management, trading, operations, accounting, and reporting into a  single, intuitive experience that reduces operational complexity and system sprawl. The platform scales with a firms growth by supporting increasing asset complexity and operational demands without multisystem overhead.
2. What three key differentiators of your business and service suite have most contributed to your success in the European market?
Modern, cloud-native architecture – Eclipse provides a scalable, cloud-native platform that can be deployed as a complete front-to-back solution or as modular capabilities, giving firms the flexibility to modernize at their own pace. Intuitive user experience – A streamlined, role-based interface helps users work more efficiently, reduces training time, and improves adoption across investment and operations teams. 3. How have your services specifically helped hedge fund clients navigate operational complexities and market challenges throughout 2025-26?
Eclipse offers managers a single solution that streamlines operations and reduces day-to-day friction for the entire investment process. This is especially helpful in ever-changing market conditions where managers need to alter their strategies and goals without disruption. With greater visibility and control throughout the investment process, Eclipse helps firms identify change sooner, make decisions faster, and execute strategic shifts more efficiently—without the operational delays and complexity of disconnected systems.
4. What technological innovation or service enhancement introduced in the past 12 months has delivered the most meaningful impact for your clients?
Over the past 12 months, we’ve expanded Eclipse’s modelling capabilities to make it easier for firms to manage complex subscription workflows with greater accuracy and efficiency. We’ve also continued to invest in our Managed Services offering, giving clients access to specialized operational expertise that helps them scale, adapt quickly, and maximize the value of the platform.
5. What do you see as the primary operational or compliance hurdles facing European hedge funds today, and how can technological solutions help overcome these challenges ?
European managers are navigating rising regulatory complexity, operational efficiency demands, and pressure to scale without adding headcount. Modern, unified platforms help by automating workflows, centralizing data, reducing operational risk, and providing the flexibility firms need to adapt quickly as regulatory and business requirements evolve—allowing teams to spend less time on manual processes and more time focused on generating returns, serving clients, and driving growth.
