Marex Prime Services is establishing a dedicated presence in Dubai, complementing the firm’s existing operations in the Middle East region with Mazen Najjar, who has more than 12 years’ experience in MENA financial services and prime brokerage sales, the first hire in the emirate.
Najjar has joined the prime services team in an institutional sales role, following six years at IG Prime in Dubai. At Marex, he will help to develop and implement the prime services team’s regional sales strategy, strengthening its presence and partnerships in the Middle East.
Najjar’s focus will be on providing localised support and tailored prime brokerage solutions to the firm’s growing client base of banks, hedge funds, investment managers and family offices.
