Croatian fund manager Mathematica Capital Partners has announced the launch of its second hedge fund, Zenith, as it looks to capitalise on increased market volatility and demand for sophisticated investment strategies, according to a report by SeeNews.
The Zagreb-based firm, co-founded by Goran Dubcek and Marin Onorato, said the new vehicle is designed to offer a differentiated approach amid elevated uncertainty across global financial markets.
The launch follows the firm’s debut fund, Continuum, which went live in early 2024 and has since amassed €10m ($11.3m) in assets under management in its first year.
Fundraising for Zenith is now underway, with the firm targeting a similar AUM trajectory over the next 12 months. Both Continuum and Zenith are aimed at professional investors, including post-exit entrepreneurs, family office managers, and institutional allocators.
