JP Morgan Chase & Co’s Alejandro Arango has become the latest sell-side trader to jump ship to a hedge fund, joining multi-strategy major Millennium Management as a Portfolio Manager, according to a report by Bloomberg.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Arango was an executive director on the Latin American rates and FX trading desk at JPMorgan in New York, where he worked for ten years.
The report cites an unnamed source familiar with the latter as coffering that he left this month to join Millennium as a fixed income portfolio manager.
