Pan Capital, a global alternative investment firm specialising in energy markets, has appointed Edouard Robbes as President and Chief Strategy Officer to oversee the firm’s strategic direction in energy-focused investments.
With over two decades of experience in alternative investments, Robbes joins Pan Capital from Thalēs, where he was a Partner leading manager sourcing and capital raising initiatives. Known for his innovative high-touch and digital engagement framework, Robbes’ expertise spans public and private markets and includes leadership roles in hedge fund allocation, prime brokerage, and strategic advisory at Thalēs, Société Générale, and AXA Investment Managers.
According to a press statement, at Pan Capital, Robbes will lead the firm’s global expansion, capital formation, talent management strategy, and digital transformation, initiatives which “aim to position Pan Capital at the forefront of energy and macro markets by delivering innovative solutions and maximising investor value”.
