The Investment Management Due Diligence Association (IMDDA), an organisation dedicated to the professionals who investigate facts concerning investment programs, has released an expanded training class schedule for 2018.

Developed by a task force of leaders in due diligence, each class is led by a renowned speaker sharing real-world insight on critical due diligence topics including risk management, regulatory developments and fundamental knowledge, plus guidance to address emerging challenges that investors face around the globe.

In the last two years hundreds of professionals involved in due diligence focussed on hedge funds, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity have participated in IMDDA training seminars internationally. The Fundamentals program is geared to those who want to better understand due diligence through instruction, exercises and case studies to develop their professional skillsets.

IMDDA’s Master program provides deep-dive, hands-on experience focused on specific areas of due diligence that allow participants to go back to their organisations and drive a robust, rigorous due diligence process.

The 2018 New York and London class schedule is here; classes in Hong Kong and Singapore will be announced later this year.

“This is our most ambitious class schedule yet, as we expand to meet growing demand from allocators for due diligence training,” says Andrew Borowiec (pictured), Executive Director of the IMDDA.

In addition to this expanded 2018 class schedule, IMDDA provides customized educational training. In December, for instance, IMDDA said that the Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System retained the group to conduct on-site, customised due diligence educational training programs.
